General information
My business grew out of working with my parents in their wedding business. In the winter, when the weddings were quiet I started going with cakes to a local food market on Saturday mornings. When the pandemic hit, the weddings stopped and the baking expanded. I started making sourdough bread for some friends and people who knew me from the market and then a local cafe asked me to supply them.
